Using MOPA

These terms govern use of MOPA at getmopa.com and its installed web app. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement or appropriate parent or guardian authorization where applicable. Use the Contact page for questions about the service.

Your account and content

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and report unauthorized access. You retain rights to the content you add and authorize MOPA to store, process and display it to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your records and for having permission to upload documents and personal information.

Acceptable use

Do not use MOPA for illegal activity, spam, malware, harassment, unauthorized access, interference with the service or attempts to access another person’s records. Do not bypass usage limits, membership controls or security protections. We may restrict accounts to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements.

Memberships and recurring payments

Free and premium features and current prices are displayed in MOPA. A paid PayPal subscription renews at the interval and price you approve during checkout until canceled. You may cancel through Membership or your PayPal automatic payment settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access follows the period shown in MOPA. A manual grant is not a PayPal subscription and follows its stated expiration. Pricing changes do not silently change an existing billing agreement.

Billing questions and refunds

Contact support promptly with the relevant transaction reference for billing problems or refund requests. Refund eligibility is assessed for the circumstances and applicable law; cancellation by itself does not automatically refund past payments. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or payment-provider dispute rights.

Reminders and service availability

MOPA is an organizer, not a professional financial, legal, medical or emergency service. Bill tracking does not pay your bills or connect bank accounts. Reminders may be delayed or missed because of connectivity, permissions, scheduling or service issues. Keep independent records for important deadlines. Features may change and availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.

Privacy, closure and responsibility

Our Privacy Policy explains data handling. Contact support to request account closure or a copy of your information. Closing an account and canceling a paid billing agreement are separate actions; verify cancellation of any active subscription. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free records. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. The updated date appears on this page; material changes will receive additional notice where required. Use the Contact page to resolve questions or concerns.
